Issue VFDs electronically FeedLINK™, a web-based tool that makes it quicker and easier for a veterinarian to issue a VFD for use with Pulmotil®, is now available. The eVFD has several features that make completing the VFD process easier:

  • Less paperwork — An electronic copy of any eVFD created in the system is automatically sent to the feed supplier and producer via email
  • Faster fulfillment — Basic information, unique animal sites and feed supplier details for each producer are saved to a veterinarian's profile for quick recall
  • Ensured accuracy — Built-in calculators automatically compute totals for dose and feed volume, ensuring accuracy and label compliance

To start the process, veterinarians can go to www.globalvetlink.com to create a password protected account, or call GlobalVetLINK directly at 515-817-5703. Once an account is created, a GlobalVetLINK representative will contact the veterinarian to verify the account information and provide on-the-spot training.
